"The staff at MTR racing is EXCEPTIONAL! I was first introduced to them a few years ago when I started having carburator issues with my 1998 Vulcan 500 LTD. They made a quick diagnosis that the new gas additives were reeking havoc on my jets, and got it repaired and running in no time. However, a Vulcan 900 Classic caught my fancy on my visits to their dealership.... After 11 years of riding my "Little Scarlette" I moved up to a my new love...."Ruby". I'm a petite woman and thought it might be to big and heavy, but the staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that with a few modifications I'd have no issues riding her. "I was not an easy sale. I was not sure about buying or what to buy if I did. From the start everyone in your store from sales to parts to service was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. I have not owned a bike in 30 years and felt a bit ignorant but your team, through the several visits, filled in all of the blanks for me. When Steph called on August 1st with the new promotional offers I was at another dealer. They did not make those offers and I did not get the same level of service there so I drove directly to your shop and purchased the DR650. "I recently purchased a DRZ400SM from MTR. I had visited several other dealerships in the area, and either the salesman knew less about the bike than I did, or they ignored me completely. From the moment I stepped into MTR Jessica took the time to explain each bike I was interested in to me. She also gave me all the information I needed regarding registering the bike (which they did for me) insuring the bike (got a great rate from someone they referred me to) and getting the proper riding gear. The sale was less than straight forward - as my cosigner was out of state, but Jessica and the MTR sales team went the extra mile to ensure my buying experience went smoothly and in fact, it was very enjoyable.
I would recommend visiting this dealership to anyone if you are in the market for a new or used bike. The level or service and assistance provided by Jessica is unbeatable.

" A few weeks ago purchased a new leftover 2006 Honda Helix. Am familiar with the price of the 2007 Helix and MTR's price was great. Salespersons: Did have contact with 3 different ones,recived prompt and courteous cooperation from them. After purchasing, the weather was not good in letting me take it home. Finally one day it was clear and called MTR and asked if they could have it ready that day. Amazed me they did have it ready in less then 2 hours for my trip home. Only thing found a negative about was when seeing the fuel gauge showing red and on the last bar on the bottom. Was not happy with no fresh gas added and the little that was in the tank was most likely what Honda put in at the factory over a year and a half ago.
Would I reccomend MTR to others looking for a used or new MC? Most definitely.

"The only problem I had was with Financing,, I was told one price for a payment of $99.00 a month but when the papers went throught the payment went up to $129.00 a month..a $30 difference which is a big deal to some people...your company had the wrong papers on hand and I was told nothing could be done about it....noone called me after the sale to at least appologize for the mix-up.maybe some type of part deduction other than my 10 percent wouls make me 100% satified other than that I had no problems, everything else was perfect......Thank you again Jessica "

"Truth be told I waited until winter to shop for my personal watercraft (aka Jet Ski) in order to get the best deal. I visited several dealers in and around Massachusetts and all of them attempted to get me to pay full retail. I saw MTR's ad in a Boat Trader magazine and went there one Saturday morning. I met Allan who was very knowledgeable and he described the models and options that were available to me. The Jet Ski that I purchased was 3 model years old but was brand new and cost $1000 less than retail. I suppose I could have tried to negotiate a lower price but in this instance, service counted for something. They provided me with a good product at a fair price and Allen treated me very fairly and didn't try price gouge me like other dealers attempted to do. I couldn't find that level of service and therefore, I recommend MTR to anyone looking to buy a new toy."

"When I took delivery of my (new) '05 Kawasaki 1600 Classic, I was made to feel like I was MTR's only customer. I reminded Alan that he began working with me a year ago... and between Alan and Wayne, they helped me make what I believe is the best choice of bike for my needs. "I bought a 1600 mean streak. I was looking at a Yamaha 1100,
thanks to Alan at MTR for taking the time and talking to me about the two motorcycles. Alan made the choice alot easier. Alan said "a little more money alot more bike" he was right .I enjoy riding my Mean Streak, it fits in with all the bikes I ride with From Harley's to Racers.
I could have got the same motorcycle closer to home but Ive been in and out of motorcycle shops with-in 60 miles from home,and the TEAM at MTR was really nice, and fun to deal with. My Mean Streak had a small scrach on the head light I did not see it untill I got home . Thank you Wayne for replacing it .

"MTR Racing had the year, make, model, and color of motorcycle I was looking for at a price that couldn't be beat, so I was willing to drive 8 hours from Maryland to pick it up. Truthfully, I wondered if MTR would try and pull a last minute price increase after I showed up. Well, the price was the same, and the Scorpio alarm I purchased took less time to install than expected, so it was actually LESS than originally quoted! When will you ever find that kind of honesty in a dealer? The bike was already prepped, so it was also the quickest transaction I've ever completed.
I received a detailed instruction about the bike's ins and outs, and then one of the service staff helped me load it into the enclosed UHaul--which is a good thing, too, because it didn't fit at first. After removing a few obstructing pieces we got it in there and tied it down. I got it home without a scratch.
The outstanding service didn't end there. I found out later that my state of registration exempts military members from paying vehicle tax, but I had already paid it when I purchased the bike, to avoid anticipated complications. I showed MTR the relevant document and they refunded the tax back to me, just like that.
With so many ways this deal could've gone bad, I'm so happy and relieved, if not surprised, that everything went better than expected; perfect even. Wayne and the rest of the staff were not only courteous and professional, but a lot of fun to do business with. If I lived closer I'd ride and hang with them. I would never hesitate to buy another bike from them, even from 8 hours away. And by the way, the ZRX1200 is fantastic and has me grinning like the cat who ate the canary.
